We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with Mini Kids Wear.

Return Eligibility

A return/exchange request may be accepted if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product or size was delivered.
• The product received is different from what was ordered.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with original tags/packaging where applicable.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos/videos of the product, if required

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform the customer whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment provider/bank processing time.

Non-returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery or returned without the required original condition may not be eligible for return.
